Great place...I always leave feeling better about myself

I have been here for haircuts every time I?m in Bend. Hami is my amazing hairstylist. She always makes sure I feel beautiful when I leave .She listens to what I want for my haircut and pays attention to details. Thank you Hami. Ur the best ??

My boys' haircuts were great! I only gave 3 stars because after appointments were done online ahead of time, it gave us a 1 hour and 30 minute time frame, only to show up at that time to a rude and argumentative Lady insisting that it was not done because somehow, my boys' names weren't in their system. I'm more upset in the way I was treated upon entering the store with the rudeness and argumentativeness. Definitely need to work on their Customers Service. ??Customer Service is Everything. We won't be going back. ?
